4HIM Group 700

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.” Matthew 25:35-36.

Oakwood University has been serving the Huntsville area for well over one hundred years. Under the guidance of the Office of Spiritual Life, Oakwood established the 4Him Mission Organization. Oakwood University is now sending its students into the international and national mission fields. Oakwood students take Matthew 25 seriously. They see themselves as the hands and feet of the Gospel. This ministry seeks to touch the four corners of the earth to reach the global community as a whole, through the avenues of clothing distribution, food distribution, orphanage support, non-invasive medical attention, and evangelism.

Our Goals are:

  1. TO EXPOSE STUDENTS TO PRACTICAL AND CREATIVE APPLICATIONS OF BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES.
  2. TO PREPARE STUDENTS FOR MISSION SERVICE ABROAD.
  3. TO USE CULTURAL AND SPIRITUAL SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES TO TEACH SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT.
  4. TO IMPACT STUDENT’S PERSONAL SPIRITUAL LIFE, DRAWING THEM CLOSER TO CHRIST AND TRANSFORMING THEIR CHARACTER.

Oakwood University through 4Him Missions thanks you for your prayers and financial contributions. Together, we can make a world of difference, one life at a time.
